You can return most Electery products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange
Every alarm, detector, and cord is UL or ETL tested before it ships, but if a unit doesn’t power on or fails testing out of the box, it’s treated as a priority claim: email info@electery.com with your order number and a short description (or video) of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our error.
For a different size, gauge, or cord length, the fastest path is a standard return for refund followed by a new order — this guarantees stock is reserved and avoids exchange-processing delays.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our end, banks and card issuers typically take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
